To facilitate airline recruitment, we collect:

• Identity: Full name, Date of Birth, Nationality, Passport details.
• Contact: Email address, Phone number (WhatsApp), Residence.
• Professional: Flight hours (Total/PIC), Type ratings, Medical/English levels.
• Physical: Height and weight (as required by partner airline standards).

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for pre-screening for specific airline contracts (e.g., Central Airlines, Loong Air, China Eastern). We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is shared with partner airlines only after you have given explicit consent via our application form.

4. Data Security & Storage

Data is stored securely in encrypted databases. Access is restricted to authorized recruitment personnel using multi-factor authentication. We retain your data for a period of 24 months following your last application, unless a deletion request is made.
